Separate the cucumber seeds by scooping it out of the white bed portion. Scrape the white bed portion and mince the seed portion. Chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Keep it all aside
Take a mixing bowl and pour curd, beat it thoroughly using a fork until there are no lumps.
To this, add scraped cucumber, minced seeds, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Season it with salt and pepper, mix it thoroughly.
Cucumber raita is ready to serve.
Stage 1- scrape cucumber, mince the seed portion, chop onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Stage 2- Take curd in a mixing bowl and beat it with fork to break lumps.
Stage 3-Add scraped cucumber, minced seeds, chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves. Season it with salt and pepper.
