|Curd||1 ½ cups|
|Ginger Chopped||1 ½ to 2 tea sp|
|Curry leaves||7 leaves|
|Green chilli||2 nos|
|Coriander leaves||½ tb sp|
Take 1 ½ cups of thick curd in a bowl and add ½ cup of water. Slice shallots and green chillies. Chop ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add everything to the bowl. Add salt enough to taste.
