Filter coffee is one of the simplest methods to prepare coffee directly from natural coffee bean powder.

Coffee beans are collected, dried and then roasted. It is ground into coarse powder, which is available as 100% pure coffee powder in the market.

Take a drip style coffee filter, to the top chamber, add 3 ½ tb sp of roasted coffee bean powder. Tap the filter gently and then pour 1 cup of boiling water. Wait for 20 minutes (until the water drains out completely into the decoction collector). Pour another cup of boiling water and wait again until the decoction gets collected in the collector. Pour the collected decoction to a storage container. To a coffee mug, add 2 tbsp of the decoction. Add ½ tbsp sugar (optional), mix it well. Add boiling milk to it, frothing the contents. Decorate the coffee with one or two drops of decoction.
