Lemon juice from 2 Lemon
Sugar 3 150ml cups
Water 1 150ml cup


Add water and sugar into a kadai and boil until the sugar dissolves (stir continuously to avoid browning of sugar). Let it froth (continue boiling and stirring) for another 2 minutes. Keep it aside.

Let it cool down completely and then add lemon juice to it and mix it well.

Store it in a dry air tight bottle and keep it refrigerated.

For lemonade : to 3/4cup of water, add 1 tb sp of squash and fill the cup with ice cubes and enjoy.

For lemon tea: boil ¾ cup of water and to it add ¼ tea sp of tea leaves and let it brew (donot boil). Filter it off and to it add ½ tb sp of squash. Refresh yourselves with this.
